I don’t usually do New Year’s resolutions.
Not because I’m anti-growth, but because I prefer to reflect and adjust throughout the year—without waiting for a specific date to “start.”
And yet… New Year’s Day is a pretty handy anchor when you need a clear “start here” point.
That’s why on Jan 1, I’m kicking off something simple, supportive, and intentionally gentle for anyone who feels like they've tried the usual habit-change strategies, but remain stuck.
New Year Habit Reset:
A 2-Week Gentle Sprint
(Jan 1–14)
What It IsA free, small-group "sprint" on Telegram (a free messaging app) with daily education, micro-coaching, and support to help you work with urges and habit loops in a nervous-system-friendly way (aka: no “just stop,” no shame spirals).
In this supportive space, you'll be able to share what you're going through, ask me questions, and hear from other group members—or just listen and learn.

Live Zoom Q&A call
One free live Zoom coaching/Q&A call during the sprint
(we’ll vote on the date/time inside the group)
Choose Your Track:
BFRB track
for body-focused repetitive behaviors: hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, etc.
Any habit track
Scrolling, procrastination, stress eating, impulsive spending, people-pleasing
What You Get:
Understand
your habit more clearly (including the not-so-obvious way it's been trying to helping you)
Learn
simple nervous system regulation concepts that support habit change
Build
a small toolbox of strategies to handle urges in the moment
Feel
less alone through connection with others who get it

with more hope (including an option for continued support after January 14th)

I’m keeping this tiny so it stays supportive and intimate: 2 groups, max 5 people each (10 total spots).
