What It IsA small-group "sprint" on Telegram (a free messaging app) with daily insights, prompts, and micro-coaching to help you work with urges and habit loops in a nervous-system-friendly way. (That means no “just stop” and no shamey blamey tactics).
In this supportive space, you'll be able to share your struggle, ask me questions, and hear from other group members who get it—or just listen and learn.

What kind of habits is this program for?

This approach is effective for any unwanted habit including: procrastination, hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, stress eating, impulse spending, compulsive scrolling, or any other behavior or pattern that has you asking “why can’t I stop?!”
How is this different from what I’ve already tried?

Most habit change approaches and programs focus on teaching you how to resist the urges that arise. My signature ARC Approach focuses on getting to the root cause of the habit so that you can actually decrease the urges in a gentle way—without willpower or shame!
Can I do this if I’m currently in therapy?

Yes, this program is therapist-approved! The tools I teach can even help you with the work you’re already doing in therapy. If you’re still not sure, check with your therapist or have them contact me so I can share more about my methods.
What’s it like in the sprint?

I’ll post daily in a group messaging app about different topics to provide new insights, a reflection prompt, and a regulation practice. You’ll have the opportunity to post your prompt response, ask me questions to get targeted coaching, or get support from the group.

How much does it cost?

This gentle sprint is donation-based to keep it accessible. The recommended donation is $30, but you can choose your donation amount. Past participants have suggested that the value is $100-$200.
