Do you know about ✨Manifesting✨?

Yesterday, I had the great honor of talking with some amazing women during the Wisdom Circle, Manifesting Magic: Turn Your Desires Into Reality! So it's no surprise that manifestation is on my mind today.

We discussed common misconceptions about manifestation, barriers that many people struggle with, and how to manifest what you actually want in life.

But back to manifestation...

Here are the basics, if you're not familiar – everything is made of energy, including us. We have a certain vibration that we emit and we attract things of that same vibration, whether we mean to or not.

This means that even if you're new to the idea of manifestation, it's not new to you. We manifest everything in our life – jobs, partners, money, accidents, everything – intentionally or unintentionally. And if we're not intentional with it, it can keep us stuck in a life we aren't in love with.

I don't blame you, really. I remember watching The Secret, a show about the Law of Attraction, about 10 years ago and walking away from it thinking it sounded like a bunch of sh!t. (We actually discussed yesterday how The Secret left out some really vital info and painted a miserably inaccurate picture of manifestation.)

But here's an example that I'm sure you've experienced. Have you ever had a day that seemed like everything was going wrong? Like an Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day-style kind of day? One of those days when more than the normal amount of challenges were thrust upon you?

That's an example of how we can get into a lower frequency and attract stuff of a common vibration - and one that's not the vibration we desire.
